UW-Madison Fall Recruitment: Aug. 30-Sept. 6

Fall Recruitment dates for UW-Madison are Aug. 30-Sept. 6.  Information and registration materials for Potential New Members are available at the UW Greek website (http://www.uwgreek.com/recruit/sor_recruit_register.html).

For Alumnae members who are not helping their local chapters or do not have a local chapter participating in Recruitment, and are interested in helping with Recruitment, UW Panhellenic would greatly appreciate your assistance.    There will be an orientation session on August 25 at 6pm in the Red Gym.  In addition, please note the following dates and times when help will be needed:

§  Sunday,  Aug. 30 (4-9—Orientation--Union Theatre)

§  Monday,  Aug. 31 (1^st rounds: 1-8pm)

§  Tuesday, Sept. 1 (2nd rounds:  8pm-midnight)

§  Friday, Sept. 4 (6-10pm)

§  Sunday, Sept. 6 (BID DAY—1pm--Union Theatre)

Summer Events!

Instead of formal meetings, we have planned a few social events for the summer.  We hope you will join us at these fun events!!

Friday, June 19:  Capital Brewery:  Pupy Costello & His Big City Honky Tonk Band    6-9PM

(Someone will grab tables at 5:30).

Wednesday, July 15:  Concerts on the Square:  Movie Blockbusters.  (Check back for specific time and location).
