Madison Alumnae Panhellenic Scholarship for Outstanding New Members Due September 20th

Each fall the Madison Alumnae Panhellenic Association offers a scholarship to an outstanding new member of UW-Madison sororities in need of assistance to meet her financial requirements for sorority membership. This year, we hope to offer two $500 scholarships!

The hardest part of our scholarship process is evaluating the candidates, and it is for this that we ask your assistance. If you or any members of your alumnae groups are willing to evaluate applications for some of our young women, it would be greatly appreciated.

The women must submit their applications to Alumnae Panhellenic by 5:00pm on September 20th and then the reviewers will have two weeks to evaluate and score them. We hope to have the evaluations back by 9/28 so we can average the scores, rank the candidates, and then announce the winner(s) on October 5th. If necessary, Alumnae Panhellenic will meet the week of 9/28 to evaluate the candidates with the top scores and select the overall winner(s).

If you are interested in evaluating scholarship applications, please contact us at npcalumnae@gmail.com and include "scholarship volunteer" in the subject line. Please pass this email along to your alumnae groups - we can use all the help we can get!

Here's to a great recruitment!
